Saturday morning, Cloudy, Cool but no rain. Managed to
finish the record attempts, backup runs and three sessions for all
eliminators. Two rounds of Comp Qualifying and a Gamblers Race.
Friday gave us a very long wait as rain showers came through the
area, that held us in the track dry mode until almost 6 pm before any cars
got a chance at the track. Two sessions around for all eliminators
including the record runs. Several records were broken but due to
the late hour teardown will take place after the morning record attempt on
Saturday.
Thursday gave us a Wonderful Sunny Warm day of Test & Tune
with over 75 cars trying hard to tune for the record bash here in New
Jersey.. Bobby Armond from New Mexico made the long trip to go after
the 9 second stocker record but damaged the car during a very high
wheelstand.
